FINAL Version Draft - STEMinism Speaks Summer 2023 General Flyer PNG_edited.jpg

Summer STEM Program for Enrichment of Future STEMinists

Vision

A space to not simply acknowledge but actively talk about some of these important issues and experiences for women professionals in STEM that seem to get ignored, put aside, or overlooked.

Program Description

Stories should be shared. Voices should be heard. In this workshop series, women professionals and students unite in an honest, thoughtful exploration of some of the most significant issues and experiences of women in STEM that no one seems to talk about. Gender bias. Imposter syndrome. Suffocating perfectionism. These are real things, and together we will discover the courage and strength to finally talk about them, and find pride in our collective identity as women STEMinists.

Join us for STEMinism Speaks: a three-part series of interactive virtual workshops where we’ll meet inspiring women trailblazers in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), engage in courageous conversations with fellow women in STEM, and activate our own STEMinist potential. Workshops are FREE and tailored to high schoolers and undergraduate students, but all are welcome.
